Artist’s Statement

I am a self-taught photographer of many years currently residing with my husband in Woodland Park, Colorado, since relocating from the Midwest in 2004. I am a full-time corporate professional, but photography is my passion.

Upon relocating to Colorado, I was motivated to take my photography to another level beyond just a hobby.  My desire is to allow others to see the beauty of the world around us as I've been privileged to capture it through my camera lens, as God paints His Beautiful Canvas each and every day.  I hope that my images allow others to see nature in a way that is unique and inspirational to them.  I want to capture other's attention as my attention is captured so many days when I take in the sights around me.  It is my wish that those who see my work enjoy viewing the photos as much as I have enjoyed them being shown to me.
